How to get an A* in History GCSE knowing nothing?

It is perfectly possible to get 100% in the British Depth Study in History GCSE even if you sit down in the exam knowing absolutely nothing about the subject. There are series of steps you must follow to ensure you get the marks you want:

1. Read the entire paper fully even the questions
2. Note which sources agree or contradict the final question
3. Every question needs some contextual knowledge, you can simply pick facts from other sources
4. Always have a for and against argument
5. You MUST reach a judgement answering the question. This can be a line just giving your answer.
